The merger between PLE Pipeline Engineering GmbH and E.ON Engineering GmbH has been completed. The name of the resultant company is E.ON Engineering GmbH, which is based in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The shareholders of the new company are E.ON Energie AG in Munich, and Ruhrgas AG in Essen. The range of services has been considerably widened and rounded off by integrating the companies' capabilities in the fields of energy, gas, oil, petrochemicals and telecommunications. |
