machine FFT diagnosis and data collection system
The system measures and records all forms of machine vibrations, bearing condition, as well as process and inspection data. For the diagnosis of complex vibration conditions VIBXPERT provides comprehensive analysis functions such as order spectrum, cepstrum, orbit, phase, cross phase analysis and coast down measurement. A range of cursor types, machine specific frequency markers and a comprehensive on board bearing data-base compliments this new package. In addition to 1 and 2 channel FFT analysis and data collection the system is available also with 1 and 2 plane dynamic balancing capabilities. Full compatibility with the industry proven VIBCODE system for error free data collection is standard. Additionally the systems easy go, no-go LED 's which indicate vi-bration compliance with ISO 10816-3 vibration standards makes VIBXPERT equally accessible for experts and novices alike. All
collected data is stored on a compact flash card for download to the
OMNITREND maintenance software package supplied with the system. The unit
can be supplied either as a 1 or 2 channel package. Additionally 2
ana-logue measurement channels will accept almost every type of
proprietary sensor. Ethernet, USB and serial (RS232) connectivity ensures
ongoing compatibility with any PC and printer. For
