Feb 26, 2016 + + + Subsea 7 S.A. announced today the
award of a majorcontract by BP, and partner DEA (Deutsche
Erdoel AG), for the development of the Giza, Fayoum and Raven
subsea fields offshore Alexandria, Egypt. This is the second phase of the
West Nile Delta project, where the field development will be at depths of
up to approximately 800 metres.
The contract scope includes engineering, procurement, installation and
pre-commissioning of the subsea infrastructure from twelve wells, with 80

submitted the plan for development and operation (PDO) for the Oseberg
Vestflanken 2 in the North Sea. The development will consist of an

for offshore wind power plant in the United
Kingdom

Oct. 30, 2015 + + + Siemens is to supply, install and commission 56 wind
turbines for the Galloper Wind Farm Ltd. (GWFL) off the south-east coast
of England. The owners of the offshore wind power plant are RWE, UK Green
Investment Bank, Macquarie Capital and Siemens Financial Services (SFS),
each with a 25 percent stake. The plant's 336 megawatt capacity will be
sufficient to supply up to 336,000 British households with clean power.
Siemens will also be responsible for servicing the wind turbines for a

construct the 660MW Walney Extension Offshore Wind Farm, located in the
Irish Sea, approximately 19 km off the west coast of Britain. The
final investment decision has been made after securing all necessary
consents from authorities, completing site assessments and having signed
the majority of the contracts for supply and installation to build the
